TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services & Scope

Gé Rén Studio ("Gé Rén," "we," "us") provides BaZi and related Chinese metaphysics readings, including BaZi Natal Chart, Major Luck Cycle, and Annual Luck reports, along with packages combining these services. All readings are prepared individually and delivered by email. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through one of three paths, based on how you identify yourself: New Clients, Existing Clients, and Referred Friends.

New Clients complete payment directly at checkout. Existing Clients and Referred Friends submit their request for review, after which we issue a Wix invoice with a secure payment link. Preparation of your report begins once your order is received. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is accepted by credit or debit card and supported digital wallets through our secure Wix system. We do not accept PayPal.

 

3. Coupons & Discounts

Coupons allow you to receive a discount on eligible orders. The following rules apply:

Coupons are applied differently depending on how you order. At checkout, one coupon may be used per order. On invoice orders, up to three coupons may be combined, subject to our review.

Regardless of the number or type of coupons applied, the total discount on any single order will not exceed 30%, unless otherwise stated in a specific, individually-issued offer. Gé Rén may occasionally extend special offers to existing clients through direct communication; where the terms of such an offer differ, those terms apply.

Coupon eligibility depends on your client type and the specific offer. Each coupon has its own validity period and is non-transferable. Coupons hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

If a coupon is entered incorrectly, has expired, or does not apply to your order, we will let you know and confirm the correct amount before payment. We reserve the right to decline or replace a coupon that is used incorrectly or outside its intended terms.

4. Refunds

All services are non-refundable once an order is received and preparation has begun. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information you provide is handled with strict confidentiality and used only to prepare and deliver your reading. Our handling of personal information is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery & Estimated Completion

Each reading is prepared manually. An estimated completion date is provided with your invoice or confirmation. This date reflects our current workload and the information you provide, and may shift if payment is delayed or if additional details are needed. We will always do our best to meet the estimated timeframe and will reach out directly if anything affects the schedule.

7. Nature of Our Services

Gé Rén readings are provided for personal insight and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on a reading remain your own responsibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada. Gé Rén operates in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
