Gé Rén Coupons — How They Work

• Loyalty Coupon: A thank-you for returning to Gé Rén. A Loyalty Coupon is included after each completed report, provided that you do not already hold an unused Loyalty Coupon. It is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. A Loyalty Coupon may be used toward a future report within the same service category in which it was earned. For example, a Loyalty Coupon earned from a BaZi report may be used toward another eligible BaZi report or BaZi service combination, but not toward a different service category such as Feng Shui. You may hold only one unused Loyalty Coupon at a time, so Loyalty Coupons cannot be accumulated or stacked. After you use your current Loyalty Coupon and complete your next report, Gé Rén will issue a new Loyalty Coupon, provided that you do not hold another unused one at that time. Planning for a later report? You may place and pay for an eligible order before your Loyalty Coupon expires and request delivery within 90 calendar days of the date payment is received. The requested delivery date is subject to Gé Rén’s confirmation and availability. Deferred delivery does not change the confirmed service, analysis period or report scope, and preparation may begin once the order is confirmed.

• Referrer Coupon: A thank-you for introducing a friend to Gé Rén. An existing client receives a Referrer Coupon after the referred friend’s first report has been delivered. The coupon is valid for two years from the date of issuance. To ensure that Gé Rén can identify the source of the referral, please share your Gé Rén ID with your friend so that it can be entered when the friend places an order.

• Friend Coupon: A 10% welcome discount for a new client referred by an existing Gé Rén client. To receive the discount, select the Referred Friend option and enter the referring client’s valid Gé Rén ID in the service information form. Gé Rén will verify the ID and apply the discount to the referred friend’s first eligible order. No separate email or advance coupon request is required. Each new client may receive this discount once.

• Early-Bird Coupon: Occasionally offered for early participation in a specific service or release window. Availability is limited. The discount, eligibility conditions, and validity period will be stated in the email through which the coupon is issued.

• First-Time Coupon: A welcome offer for clients who are new to Gé Rén and are placing their first order. First-Time Coupons are released on the website during limited promotional periods and are entered directly at checkout. The discount amount, availability, validity period, usage limit, and any additional conditions will be stated in the relevant promotion. A First-Time Coupon is valid only during the promotional period stated for that release. It may be used once by an eligible new client toward the first Gé Rén order. Existing Gé Rén clients are not eligible to use a First-Time Coupon.

• Seasonal Promotion: A time-limited offer available to everyone during a specific promotional period. Seasonal Promotion codes are released on the website and entered directly at checkout. For orders processed through the manual invoice path, a valid code may instead be submitted for review and combined with other eligible coupons, subject to the maximum total discount of 30%. A Seasonal Promotion code is valid only during the promotional period stated for that release. The discount amount, availability, usage limit, and any additional conditions will be stated in the relevant promotion.
