Refund Policy
Gé Rén Studio provides human-crafted BaZi analysis delivered as written reports. Because each report involves dedicated review and preparation time, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available, when an order is no longer refundable, and how Gé Rén handles errors on Gé Rén's side. Please review this policy before placing your order.
When a Refund Is Available
A full refund, less a $50 CAD administrative fee, is available any time before Gé Rén sends the Manual Confirmation Email for your order. The Manual Confirmation Email marks the official start of report preparation.
The $50 CAD administrative fee covers payment processing costs and the initial review of your order details.
If you would like to cancel your order before the Manual Confirmation Email has been sent, please contact Gé Rén at clientservices@ge-ren.com. Refunds are issued in CAD through the original payment method only.
When an Order Is No Longer Refundable
Once Gé Rén has sent the Manual Confirmation Email, your order is in preparation and is non-refundable. Preparation time, analysis, and review begin at that point and cannot be returned.
Once a report has been delivered, the analysis is final. Gé Rén does not offer refunds based on personal disagreement with the analysis, second thoughts after reading the report, or requests for re-interpretation under different birth information than what was originally provided.
Accuracy of Birth Information
Gé Rén reports are based entirely on the birth information you provide at the intake stage. This includes birth date, birth time, birth place, and gender.
Because Gé Rén has no independent means of verifying birth information, please ensure these details are accurate to the best of your knowledge before submitting your order. Gé Rén cannot be responsible for analysis based on incorrect birth information provided by the client. Refunds are not available for reports that have been prepared or delivered based on the information you supplied at intake.
Errors on Gé Rén's Side
If Gé Rén makes a clear factual error in your report — for example, misreading a birth date that was supplied correctly, or sending the wrong report — Gé Rén will provide a one-time courtesy revision at no additional cost. Please contact clientservices@ge-ren.com with a clear description of the issue, and Gé Rén will review and respond.
This courtesy revision is offered as a goodwill correction. It does not constitute a refund.
Cancellations by Gé Rén
In rare cases, Gé Rén may need to cancel an order before the Manual Confirmation Email is sent — for reasons such as capacity, scheduling, or service suitability. If Gé Rén cancels your order before report preparation begins, you will receive a full refund in CAD with no administrative fee deducted.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the allowed window, please email clientservices@ge-ren.com with your order confirmation number or assigned Gé Rén ID, the service or package ordered, and a brief reason for your request.
Gé Rén will review and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
