Gé Rén operates with a simple principle: personal information is used only for preparing your analysis and supporting the related email follow-up process. Nothing more.

Gé Rén collects only the information required to complete your requested service.

When you submit an intake form, you may provide:

Birth date
Birth time
Birth location
Gender
Selected Focus Areas
Additional remarks or context

For communication purposes, you may also provide:

Email address
Optional identifier (nickname, initials, or anonymous ID)

At checkout, payment-related details are processed through Wix Payments. Gé Rén does not store or have direct access to your full payment information such as card numbers.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your information is collected for one purpose only:

To prepare your BaZi analysis and deliver your report
To support the related email follow-up process connected to that order

Gé Rén does not use your personal information for marketing, newsletters, or promotional outreach unless you have explicitly opted in.

There is no profiling, advertising use, or behavioral tracking beyond what is necessary to operate the website.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored within secure, industry-standard platforms used to operate the business:

Wix (website, forms, and payment processing)
Microsoft 365 (email communication and secure storage)

Gé Rén does not maintain independent or local databases outside these systems.

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and this should be understood as part of using any internet-based service.

4. Data Sharing

Gé Rén does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your information is only accessible within the systems necessary to operate the service:

Wix (site hosting, forms, payments)
Microsoft 365 (internal communication and document handling)

No additional third-party sharing occurs.

5. Data Retention

Gé Rén retains only the information necessary to operate its services. This includes:

Birth date, birth time, birth location, and gender
Email address
Communication records related to your order

On birth information

Birth date, time, location, and gender do not identify any specific individual. The same combination can apply to many people born under the same conditions.

Gé Rén does not treat birth information as personally identifying data and does not verify that any given set of birth details belongs to any particular individual.

Because of this, no deletion mechanism applies to birth information.

On email and communication records

Email addresses and messages exchanged in connection with an order are retained as part of Gé Rén's normal business records.

These records support order fulfillment, service history, and — where necessary — the resolution of any question, concern, or dispute that may arise. Retention is kept to what is reasonably needed for these purposes.

The Gé Rén website is built on Wix and uses its default cookie and analytics systems.

Gé Rén does not collect the name, address, or contact information of the individual whose birth data is submitted. Only the birth information required for the analysis is collected.

Birth data alone does not identify any specific person — whether adult or minor — and no personally identifying information about a report subject is collected at any age.

It is common for parents to request reports for their children, and Gé Rén welcomes this use as part of how the service is naturally applied.
