This form is for one Package C order, which includes one BaZi Natal Chart report, one Major Luck Cycle report, and one Annual Luck report. The package fee already includes a 20% package discount. Gé Rén will review your birth information and let you know if there is a more suitable Major Luck Cycle to focus on. Please enter the calendar year you would like Gé Rén to analyze for the Annual Luck report in the field above.

Payment note — Gé Rén does not require your real name for BaZi analysis. Any name requested at checkout is part of standard billing/payment validation through the checkout system. Gé Rén will use your intake form details, email address, order record, and assigned Gé Rén ID for service communication and report preparation. Apple Pay or Google Pay may be used if available on your device.
